What are your shipping rates and delivery timelines?

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 working days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, as glass bottles and bulk water cases require specialized handling.

Can I return food or beverage items if I change my mind?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items once they have been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

What should I do if my glass bottles arrive broken?

While we use reinforced packaging, glass remains fragile. If you notice any transit damage, please take a photograph of the damaged goods and the packaging and email it to us immediately so we can process a claim and send a replacement.
