Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns on unopened items within 14 days of receipt to maintain the highest quality standards.
Return Process

Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of any damage.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Ensure the items are returned in their original, unopened glass or PET packaging and placed securely back into the transit crates or boxes to prevent breakage during the return journey.
- 3.Collection or Drop-off
Depending on your location and the size of the order, we will either arrange a professional courier collection from your address or provide a prepaid label for a local drop-off point.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
